You agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Nixoderm Anti-dandruff Shampoo Money Back Guarantee’ offer. By participating in the offer, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating in the offer.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions:
“Offer” means the ‘Nixoderm Anti-dandruff Shampoo Money Back Guarantee’ offer made by Nixolab in relation to the Product;
“Product” means Nixoderm Anti-dandruff Shampoo;
“Nixolab” means Nixolab Sdn. Bhd. Level 3, Wisma Prima, 17, Jalan Sri Semantan 1, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Petaling Jaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
“Territory” means Malaysia.
“30 Days” refers to the duration of which Participants are allowed to participate in the Offer whereby the Offer must be claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Product.
ELIGIBLE
This Offer is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia, aged 18 and above with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card. In the event that you are under 18 years of age, you are required to obtain written consent from your parent/guardian and upon request by Nixolab will be required to present the same.
NON-ELIGIBLE
Distributors, agents and representatives of Nixolab are not eligible to claim the Offer.
Nixolab reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Offer or if Nixolab is of the view that the participant fails to satisfy any of the Offer’s criteria.
THE OFFER
The Offer applies to the Product that you purchased from Nixolab Official Retail Partners both online and in-store for Nixoderm Anti-dandruff Shampoo in the Territory.
The Product able to reduce 51.5% of flaking in 3 weeks. If the Product don’t reduce flakes and you are not satisfied with result, provided the official receipt is attached, you can obtain a refund for the purchase price or exchange a product voucher with similar value. Nixolab reserves the right to disqualify any illegible, disfigured or modified receipts.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date that we received the claim for us to provide you with a refund. If you purchased a Product in conjunction with a cash-back or voucher promotion, we will deduct the value of that promotion from any refund we provide to you under the Offer.
Products purchased during promotions such as cash backs, discounts and voucher promotions, the refunded amount will be that of price deducted based on the value of the discount or voucher promotion.
The Product must be returned with at least 1/2 of product left to be entitled for a refund.
The Offer must be claimed within 30 days of purchase of the Product.

Limited to one claim per consumer throughout the duration of the Offer.
Participants who have submitted valid claims shall receive a full monetary refund via cheque or Bank Transfer or Nixoderm product discount voucher after Nixolab has verified and processed your claim.
The amount refunded or product discount voucher will be equal to the purchase amount stated on the original receipt.

Any charges/costs incurred by you (including cost of postage) during the course of this campaign/offer is to be fully borne by you.

If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of Nixolab which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, Nixolab reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and any other implied warranties under the consumer protection laws in the Territory (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Nixolab (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer.
- c) Nixolab collects personal information in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties who are assisting with the administration of the Offer, including but not limited to agents, service providers and suppliers. Nixolab may also use the data collected for re-targeting purposes such as communications, targeted advertising as well as product recommendations.
Nixolab reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate this Offer at its sole discretion or if the Offer is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons.
Claim forms that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, delayed or do not have valid or adequate proof of purchase will be disqualified.
Proof of postage of the claim form and Product (s) will not constitute proof of receipt. Nixolab will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt of claims sent by any participant.
